As for the question between the two. Why choose one or the other when both are cheap? Look for them in bulk, not name brand and mix them in your pre an pwo drinks. Very cost effective if you look in the right places.

well if your taking in enough protien and bcaas i dont think glutamine will make much of a difference it just aint worth the money for me. I did not mean glutamine was usless as a whole supplement and yes i know what it does but when your diet is perfect like mine you need to look at things like price and efectivness of the supplement.
I feel way better with glutamine than without. I don't get that rundown feeling after workouts with it pre and post. Definitely one of the best otc immune system boosters out there. I was against its use for the longest time, but just added it in in the last month and the difference has been very noticeable.
