BCAAs vs EAAs pre-workout and intra-workout

Are EAAs better than BCAAs for pre- and intra-workout drinks? BCAAs are only 3 of the 8 EAAs, so I think the answer is probably yes, but want to confirm. (Sometimes the obvious answer isn't the right answer!)

I think the biggest benefit from BCAA's is the leucine content. Obviously valine and isoleucine serve some benefit but not nearly as much as leucine. Look at how many guys talk about Humapro (EAA's) compared to how people talk about BCAA's.

EAAs > BCAAs

BUT leucine is the king of aminos.

There is really no logical way bcaa's can be superior to eaa's as eaa contain bcaa and also rest of the aminos needed for protein synthesis now you might argue 4-5 grams of bcca may be superior to 4-5 eaa for someone on a high protein diet. In my opinion eaa are the most underated supplement there is and no company has really made a good attempt to tap the market on it. I suspect this is partly due to them having to leave out tryptophan. Tryptophan in free form can be overdosed on. I have noticed some products have now been including tryptophan. Eaa hands down for the win. Comparing eaa to bcaa is like comparing tren to test and tren. Eaa also offer you one of the easiest ways to lose fat by using them as part of your daily protein intake and cutting the calories for protein.
