I posted this in the beginner thread a few days ago but it hasn't got much traction. I apologize if this isn't the correct place but just trying to find a good starting place for my implementation of insulin. Ive done a ton of reading on here and the information has led me to the proposed setup below. ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated.

Weight 203
BF 11.7
Diet 225 P 400 C 50 Fat
Currently on T 400 a week and will fall back on my TRT protocol in 8 weeks.
Training for 20 years. Current program has me training 6 days a week.
Goals be in the best shape of my life at 40. Id like to put on 10-15lbs of muscle in the next 19 months and continue to push the envelope of strength while balancing my aesthetics.
1. 3ius pre with 50 carbs
2. 3ius post with Post shake 50 Pro 50 carbs. Wait an hour and eat a heavy protein meal with at least 100 Carbs.
3. Will have glucose tabs on hand.
4. Aiming to let my carb intake dictate my insulin at a little over 10gs per iu.
