this exercises hits my pecs better than any barbell press.
very effective and aslo fun to do which is always a plus.
suspended pushups.
slowly lower yourself to an extreme stretch (similar to a DC chest stretch).
pause briefly to get rid of any stored energy
then blast back up.
elvate your feet and put on a weight vest to make them harder. you could also put a band around your back for some variable resistance.
there is no way anyone can do more than a few sets of these.
