best chest exercise i've ever done.

this exercises hits my pecs better than any barbell press.
very effective and aslo fun to do which is always a plus.

suspended pushups.

slowly lower yourself to an extreme stretch (similar to a DC chest stretch).
pause briefly to get rid of any stored energy
then blast back up.

elvate your feet and put on a weight vest to make them harder. you could also put a band around your back for some variable resistance.

there is no way anyone can do more than a few sets of these.

this is a West Side Barbell Contraption.
 
One of the best, most over-looked, chest blasting gem of an exercise, ever. You've got; moving the body through space coupled with the secondary/stabilizing muscle incorporation of the flat dumbbell press. The only real concern is when you get so strong, and it will happen quick with this one, that you end up evolving it into a high volume-only exercise, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Then again you could always wear a weight vest.

Try this one as a dip like the gymnastics dudes.
 
yeah, dips can do this, if i want triceps i stay straight up, want to hit chest more i move my feet back farther..............dips are by far one of the best ex results wise for me, but im an ecto
 
I sometimes do these on a standing cable-fly machine at the end of a chest day. They really are awesome.

What's the significance behind being an ecto? Lighter bodyweight making dips not as effective? If that's the case, you can use a weight belt, or stuff some weights into a backpack.
 
was just pointing out that for someone that bulks easily bench or the like might be one of the best for them...............you would agree certain ex are better for certain body types no? you mistook my post

Sorry Conan, i wasnt trying to come across as a jerk.

Ive got a pair myself from Elite.

They are great for all kinds of things - pull ups, dips, pushups, flyes, body rows, etc.

I take them with me whenever i travel.

All you need is a park and your set.
