digestive enzymes helped me ....
I've has success with 1000mg bromelain, 1000mg ginger root with each big meal with lots of meat. On lighter less meat meals i'll take 500mg bromelain and 1000mg ginger root and nothing with protien shakes. Also take acidophillus 2x daily on empty stomach.
I limit the bromelain to 3000mg total daily.
doesnt bromelain make u feel nauseous ?
I like papya enzymes, and eating fruit in general such as kiwi that has protein digesting enzymes in it.
