how bout salsa. I here thats good and what else can you use ginger in other than tea??? My joints always ache especially my shoulder

Ginger is good for sore joints. Green Tea, Chamomile tea, most other Asian tea is good for you.

loads of salt helps!
Sazon by Goya is a great spice too!
Shred it and make chicken salad
bread and saute it.
make a great healthy soup with it with brown or wild rice.
I can eat chicken all day.

Any of you use capsaicin (cayenne pepper) capsules? Supposed to do all the good things of eating hot peppers and whack you're appetite.

Thank you for the detailed tip on Cinnamon, I hadn't heard that before and now will incorporate that into my daily food intake.
