We all know the importance of getting enough healthy fats. I'm currently dieting and carb cycling, so four days a week my fats probably fall around 55-60g. That's not dangerously low, but I do feel things are aching a bit more. Going to bump it up to 75g on those days and lower carbs accordingly.

Which fats have you guys noticed made a noticeable difference in making everything feel good again?

I also would not immediately assume that because you're joints kind of ached one week that it immediately has to do with too low of fats. There literally could be 100 other things happening.

I've been reading up on that Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate. Have you ever tried it?
 
Maybe you're just sensitive then. I wonder how all those competitors diet hard, take winstrol and eat almost no added fats for weeks and aren't collapsing.

As for collagen, undenatured type II collagen (UC-II) is the only type that has been shown to actually help in studies. But maybe some one knows of other studies showing other collagens are effective. Omega 3's plant hunts and I would trow in egg yolks as well.
