We all know the importance of getting enough healthy fats. I'm currently dieting and carb cycling, so four days a week my fats probably fall around 55-60g. That's not dangerously low, but I do feel things are aching a bit more. Going to bump it up to 75g on those days and lower carbs accordingly.
