Having been much heavier at one point i tend to get sub-q fat(was 5'8 330,52-54 inch waist about 5 years ago) stores even at my lowest weight. Even when i got my waist below 29 inches at 159(28.25 about). the fat has a very soft texture. i am now about 33 inch waist at 205(still have a ways to go as i am always trying to better myself). would like to finish out the year at 200 with 31.5 inch waist
anyways i have very little visceral fat but like i said even at my lowest weight i always had a problem with sub-q fat stores. I know yohimbine and compounds with diuretic qualities are what would usually be used for this. I have used yohimbine in conjunction with an eca on many occasions and have only found the results marginally impressive.(lost inches off the waist, but i never have a problem with this) I know that visceral and sub-q function very diff(antagonistically) in the body and the fact that i loose visceral easily would mean i have a propensity to store sub-q very easily. based on what i understand sub-q is much better reduced through low calorie dieting then through exercise from a hormonal standpoint. putting ones body in a purely catobolic state through caloric deficit would cause an increase in cortisol, cortisol would cause the body to preferentially store fat viscerally, thus away from storing fat under the skin). simply put cortisol raise=subqfat levels drop
From what i have heard t-3 is very good at putting ones body in a catobolic state, and following my line of reasoning would be very good at reducing the fat directly underneath the skin.
I would like to know fro those with experience what compounds are best from real world experience
