I'm looking to add some calories to my diet from carbs and was wondering what carb supplements would work best for this.
Obviously, since I'm not looking for a post workout carb source I need something that doesn't spike blood glucose levels but instead gives more of a steady release.
I'm not looking for exact brands, unless one of the sponsors sells it, but I'm looking to be steered in the right direction as far as what kind of carb would work best for this purpose (for example: dextro, malto, or whatever).
