best place to live?

hey guys...for those who live outside the sates, or have been to many places outside of the sates..... where would you say is the best place for a bodybuilder to live at?
considering the cost of living, the bodybuilding communtiy, the access to gyms, and the legailty of "supplements"..

I would say New Orleans, where I'm from, but personally, I think it would be the hardest place to live and maintain your diet.

Cost of living is alot lower than California & New York
There is a World Gym that's been around for over a decade in Marrero, LA (not far from the Big Easy & The French Quarters)
If not World Gym, there are numerous French Riviera Spas (just don't let them into your pockets)
Numerous GNC and cheaper supplement stores.
