BIG BEYOND BELIEF

k you guys are alot of help

k you guys are alot of help

Seriously...it is the best money I have spent. I have tried every program under the sun I believe, and it's always been a step forward and a step back.

But it's has been nothing short of constant progression while working with Phil. I am out of the gym quicker than ever, getting stronger, and just generally feel great.

I wish I had came across this so much earlier.

Would have a lot time ago if i could afford it. Its also tough for me to work WITH someone because i like to do my own thing on my terms, even if its not the BEST i could be doing. It keeps it interesting for me ..... iv always been a leader... never liked being led.... but i LOVE to learn as much as possible..... if Phil had a manual/book i would certainly buy that.....maybe he should get on that idea! lol hes got more than enough testimonials

guess that makes me a follower, a sheep............give me a break with the i'm a leader crap:rolleyes: may have been one of the dumbest things i have ever read.

Phil endorsed this book 15 years ago, maybe he can comment on what he thinks about it now. I bought it back then, used it for a short period of time then I read Power Factor which made more sense to me.

I didnt mean it like that. I meant it like, i like to THINK for myself and plan... thats part of the fun... if somebody does it for me... i dont get to do it. I like to learn and then apply it to myself, not have somebody tell me do this and do that....i enjoy writing up workouts before hand, planning diets, making adjustments how i feel necessary and learning from that. The training is only PART of the fun....

Well...I'm an engineer by trade, and I am very analytical of everything that I do. I explore all the possible variables of anything I engage in, and weigh my options.

And I feel that the best choice for me was the one I made by consulting Phil. This is his area of expertise, and the same to me as consulting with an other engineer of a different field than mine if need be.

That's the reason we have so much progress today. People who have been there before can show your their insights, and help to guide you from point a to point b much quicker than you could by trial and error.

TP. I too have started working with Phil. I have always done my own thing but there comes a time when you need to listen to someone for a change. Our sport is about learning and progressing, working with Phil for me is like going back to school and gain real knowledge from a real teacher. I have learned a lot on my own and have been taught a lot. I have also been the teacher, but it's back to school for this old dog. Time to learn some new tricks!! So Like edge, berserker and many others here I too will be a follower for a while:D :D .
