black & blue glute inject

hey bros, anyone ever get a funky black n blue bruise after a glute injection. i got one thats all swollen, seems to be going down but the bruise keeps getting darker, im thinking i hit a vein. on the same note when an abcess forms it wouldnt happen right away after the injection would it? any help?

Relax, it is a bruise not uncommong sometimes I get them sometimes, I dont, massage, relax, and you will be fine, I find some cardio and leg training although hard to do helps get rid of the bruise and pain assoicated with it

it happens - just a bruise.

Bruises tend to "overstay" their welcome on my body. I found that using Retin A cream makes them go away much faster.
