Steve Michalik? If so, he passed away some time ago. Was a hell of a bodybuilder in his day. Then became very anti-steroid after suffering health consequences. Prior to that his favorite expression was "up the dose" and the pen used to sign in at his gym was shaped like a syringe.

If that's who it is. Not sure. Looks like his facial features, but the hair color is off.

Looking at it again, don't think that's who it is.
