Always whole blood! There are too many reasons to list. Holistic doctors have been recommending whole blood for decades. You don't want that shit put back, that is the whole point of the donation (they put platelets back for example).

They're relentless. I had to tell them to stop calling so damn much. I don't know if it's because I have a rare blood type or what but they would call damn near everyday. And now I get bombarded with emails when I'm eligible to donate again. They are always trying to get me to do double red too.
