I started mk around a week ago. Since then I've been waking up thirsty as hell will a pretty bad headache. I've been drinking plenty of water, I eat very clean, good BP, thyroid in check, hormones where I like them, supplements...the whole nine yards.

I'm on test, masteron, cialis, and superdrol(workout days only for the last two) atm. Throughout the day I'm not usually tired. I have a good appetite, and I haven't been experiencing any light headedness.....
Well out of curiosity I started testing glucose.

47 fasted glucose.

Ate a usual meal. Oatmeal with berries, flax, chia, pumpkin seed, 10g honey, milk, and a grass fed whey shake. Total was around 125 carbs, 20 fat, and 70 protein.

Waited 1 hour 87 glucose

Waited 2 hours 67 glucose

Three hours headache was back.

I have berberine and metformin on hand. Could this be a case of insulin resistance with hypoglycemia?

In the past when I used insulin it would push my fasted glucose to about 89 , and post meal to about 150. I just figure with insulin resistance I would have higher glucose levels. I know this is not always the case. Unless of course my meter is shit? Usually MK raises my fasted insulin too? Anyone have similar experiences?

I've heard that people can go hypo off of Superdrol (and Anadrol, for that matter). Maybe if you drop that and give it some time you'll get back to a normal range?

I find it hard to believe blood glucose is that low on MK and eating a decent amount of carbs, but it seems that's the case.

I'd drop the Sdrol and see your response after a few days off. Keep an eye on your readings and definitely keep some carbs on hand.

Are you experiencing any of the severe hypo symptoms (shaking, rapid onset of sweating, tunnel vision, etc.)?

Have you used this monitor in the past pretty successfully?

I was thinking the same thing.. Superdrol makes me go hypo unlike anything I've ever used before. I usually don't ever see it coming either. I'll just be chilling on the couch like an hour post meal when all of a sudden it literally feels like i'm going to pass out. It's almost as if it skips all the little warning symptoms you experience before going hypo this hard. I'll check glucose and it will be like low 40's. As soon as i come off it goes away.

After it kept happening i started googling the shit out of the subject because i didn't realize it could even do that, and apparently it does have that effect on some people.

I do not know whether or not that's definitely whats causing you problems but it very well could be.

It was definitely superdrol causing the low blood sugar readings. Never seen anything like it. I went hypo multiple times during the day. I'm not complaining being in a calorie surplus and my Waist simultaneously shrinking... never an issue.

Yet another reason not to use Superdrol.

Horrible for liver, lipids, blood pressure, possibly kidneys.

That's literally the only compound to make feel like I was dying.
