Body aches.

Any one experience body aches. Muscles joints for no reason. I can’t figure out what is is causing it. Recently went up to 10 iu Gh a day. ( 5 weeks) it started around the time I went up. Been on my cycle for 11 weeks

start removing compounds until you feel better. start with the GH

How long have you been training? It comes with the territory. Most of the lifters my age and up, all have aches. As much as this endeavor builds us up, it also breaks us down in the long run.

My Lower back Aches today from overhead Pully Tricep ext! Go Figure.
But for you its probably the Gh, quite a bit for that long!

10iu is a pretty hefty dose. I hold lots of water at 5 or more and if I don't slowly ramp up I get aches and feel uncomfortable as well

I use a Cpap but it’s not helping much I am sleeping like shit. My shoulders ache like the carpal tunnel in my hands now. What can you do to drop bloating without dropping Gh.

Growing Pains!



I like the sounds of that. I am growing faster than ever. Finally hit 230 at a low body fat (well under 12%) . I want to keep going until I hit 235 but I’m thinking I might have to pull back and give it a go later

GHRP's or mk677 for a month then jump back on HGH..
That is my new year protocol...
I think I get better Growth with stimulating my own Gh and more cutting from recumbent.

IF its the water that's causing it.... maybe dandelion root and/or telmisartan

I'm sure its been discussed before but could it be that even though growth plates are closed the GH is trying to make bones grow?

I just started running Gh 13 months ago. I need to take a break. I have run mk on its own and with Gh. With Gh my blood sugar if doomed. I haven’t monitored mk all on its own. Some says it’s worse than Gh. I need to give it a try. It been a while sense I used ghrps maybe I’ll start there and move back to mk.
