bromo and clen together ?

I was wondering who have took them together and how you reacted.
The CNS effect seems it may be to great both at once.

I have some bromo but have never used it before - have you? If I remember correctly, a side effect can be nausious (sp) - and so can clen (for some people).

I have used it before and I can't handle it.. Even half a tab makes me feel like shit (nauseous sp??) and it upsets my stomach.. Maybe if you break the tab in 4 and take it throughout the day you can avoid probs....

What I meant to state

First time I used clen was back in early 90's and they were Spiropents. They made me very nauseous.

Today, clen doesn't really bother me much (other than CRAMPS!). I've also read that you probably shouldn't take bromo right before bedtime.

Between waht I've read from others that said bromo has made them nauseous and the the fact that clen can also, while either one by themselves may not make you nauseous, a combination of both might.

just taper up on the bromo. start with 1/2 for one week, then 1 tab etc. stuff works pretty well. made it up to 5mg before i got nautious. just use divided doses throughout the day
