bump

ok i have a small bump in my chest near my right nipple. you have to dig deep to notice it but its gotten bigger in last year. its not sore or painful my nipples dont itch and im leaner than before .
i just completed a arimidex and winstrol stack so i know its not estrogen and i haven't injected steroids in a long time does any one know if steroid use can cause tumors or have any insight to what the bump is
it was not there a year ago maybe some know before i see a doc.

First off make a dr apointment. Now I am not a dr but I am thinking a couple things. Lipoma (fat deposit) Lipoma

Or gyno, cyst, cancer or pec hernia.

Again go to the doctor!
