butt streaked

hi,friends.i would like to know why some BB get butt streaked and other not.Is it only diet or training or products like a cream that you spread out on the local muscle?few years ago ,in Fraance BB used thiomucase cream.please answer me.

I am presuming you mean striated glutes? Most of this is diet related. It shows extreme low levels of BF. There really are no magic creams that will reduce fat from that area, at least not that I know of. It also goes along with being very dry and tight on the day. Yes training has a lot to do with it but mainly low BF levels.

Striated glutes are the result of a very low bodyfat percentage and also due to genetics to some degree.

This is why I use wet-wipes in the bathroom so that i dont get the "crush" LOL

LOW Body Fat.... Fat burners..Are key (t-3, clen and some HGH) Cutting Cycle as well. That will help you reach you goal quicker

Also try The tread mill incline at 8-15 at a brisk power walk 25-30 min that really hits the glute and hams.
