My last show 3 1/2 years ago I started at 210 came in shredded at 194 with dyazide. I've put on a tremendous amount of muscle since then and I'm pretty lean I'm 5'9 267lbs with good abs and obliques. I don't have what it takes to go up against the Supers. I'm still gaining as I want more chest thickness and hamstring. I plan on doing the Southern States. I want to hit 225 on the button for weighins and then get onstage at 235. I guess pics would help, but I can't get the ones from MC to load over here. Obviously I don't want to get onstage looking like a deflated balloon. Pointers? Tips? Experiences?
