After my last competition I had shoulder surgery and was out a while with complications. I'm older but still very competitive and hope to get my pro card at the North Americans 2021. My recovery started with simply adding in some mk 677 to get things moving and trt. I rebounded very good and eventually went back to my generic hgh at 3.3 units a day. Had a considerable amount of mk left so i said fuck it, I'd shoot the hgh first thing in morning then eat and hour later and gym in another hour. Then that night I'd take the mk before bed 15-16 hours later. Since mk works in a slightly different manner than hgh i assume this is fine. Everything seems to be going so well I hate to simply drop the mk for fear it might help in some way (higher igf). I've also recently changed my hgh to 2 units pre workout and 2 units post but have kept the mk in before bed. I always make sure the mk dose and hgh administration are at least 12-16 hours apart.
