Ruhl sure is a beast. Honestly I do not think he can gain any more mass with out getting marked down on stage.

He looks pregnant. That's what to much gh will do for you. He's not even a competitor anymore IMO. He's a sideshow attraction, the next Gregg Valentino. Competitive bodybuilders build bodies to win shows and adapt to current trends. Obviously he doesn't care about the sport, just the money. The sport of bodybuilding could do without guys like him, but I'm sure the circus would love to have him.

Hey what do you expect? It sure as hell can't be easy to carry that much weight around. I may be mistaken or perhaps he exaggerated, but I thought he said he was 186 kilograms there? Good god that's beastly. I'd love to be that big for about a week to see what it's like in the gym and out and that's it....send me back to my comfortable 235-240!! That being said he sure gives the people what they paid for and we all love looking at the guy!

He said 126 kilograms. Which is 277 pounds.
