Hi Guys
Just a quick question.
I have read that if you work at over 80% MHR then you dont get energy from fat just from carbs.
If i was to have my last serving carbs around 4 1/2 hours or longer before I do cardio will I be burning fat more than carbs? [ie. will all the energy I use to perform cardio come from my fat stores?]
Also use ephedrine and caffeine before the cardio.
What are your opinions?
