Today I did cardio at a slower rate...at 3.5 speed for 30 minutes instead of doing hitt.....For some reason it didn't eevn feel as if I did any cardio I wasn't even sweating hard and tired.......When I do HITT I"m sweating a breathing good,,,,am I doing it right or what?
