I appluad his straight forward honesty though. He didn't say diuretic but did say dehydration. This is what usually brings guys down. Then they say "stomach virus" or some other bullshit.

this obsessive need they put on competitors for insane conditioning is what puts these guys at the most risk.. its not a frickin dieting contest.. its bodybuilding.. muscle size, shape and balance.. putting shredded glutes in front of all else is silly and risky..
