I was reading a thread over on musclemayhem with pics of Dennis James 6 weeks out from the Charlotte Pro Show. In the thread he talked about how he just had a cheat day consisting of meals like Burger King whoppers, fries, chocolate cake, etc. He'll do this then resume his typical diet the following day. How many of you competitors follow this kind of cheat day philosophy? I saw T-Muscle commented in the thread that he also believed in cheat days such as this to break up the monotony of the body getting the same food/nutrients on a daily basis and it can help speed up the fat burning process. What do you guys think of this?
