Clen and Ben

So Clen and benadryl go together like milk and cookies but why??? I read all over the different boards take the two together but never a reason? Sleep? I am looking for a biochemical answer if any one know.

1) from my knowledge it is used if you plan to stay on clen longer than two weeks at a time.

2) helps you sleep

3) somehow it cleans your receptors...dont ask me how.
