did he mean his tounge swolled, and he couldnt breathe? OR was he saying that his friend swallowed his tounge?

Dave, yeah be more careful, but you could have easily survived 100iu as long as you realized your mistake or didn't ignore the warning signs of going hypo.
I know, lived with, was there, when a close friend injected 180iu's thinking it was 18. Lol we found out because I asked why he was throwing away 2 syringes. it was a close call be we just kept liquid carbs going down him and he was fine. Had some nasty GI stress but that was about it.

Well i've seen it three times, you don't really swollow it, it go's to the back of your throat and blocks your air, usely happen when someone has a seizure. You have to pull it out so they can breath, they ever make a medical kit to hold the tounge so that doesn't happen.
