So I have been drinking decaf coffee like 3-4 times a day just a cup with Splenda and zero everything syrup, does anyone else need or have coffee during prep as a filler in between meals?
Damn this is music to my ears manI'm a fucking coffee addict, I work 12 hour swing shift so coffee is my life.
I use heavy whipping cream, skinny syrups, liquid splenda (no maltodextrin), and 100% pure cocoa in my coffee.

type.
I dont overdo it but I usually benefit from that little "pick me up".

Shit, if coffee is the only stim you "need" during prep you have little worries.
Antioxidant, lipolytic, liver tonic etc.
Only I feel like crap from a lot of caffeine, a very dirty feeling stim

I use Jordan’s skinny syrups, I drink 1 cup caffeinated and 4 cups decaf just cause I don’t want all that caffeineFor sure man. Nothing wrong with it. What syrup do you use? And why decaf? Limiting caffeine to avoid cortisol spike?
Im never gonna die boys!Coffee itself appears to be very healthy. Lots of antioxidants. People that drink several cups a day, studies show the get less of most of the killer diseases.
