Coffee and prep anybody else need it?

So I have been drinking decaf coffee like 3-4 times a day just a cup with Splenda and zero everything syrup, does anyone else need or have coffee during prep as a filler in between meals?
 
I drink more coffee when prepping, it does all you mention but I usually drink the caffeinated
type.
I dont overdo it but I usually benefit from that little "pick me up".
Not too late in the day.
 
I'm a fucking coffee addict, I work 12 hour swing shift so coffee is my life.
I use heavy whipping cream, skinny syrups, liquid splenda (no maltodextrin), and 100% pure cocoa in my coffee.
 
I drink coffee all the time but definitely not decaf 🤔

Shit, if coffee is the only stim you "need" during prep you have little worries.:D

Antioxidant, lipolytic, liver tonic etc.
Only I feel like crap from a lot of caffeine, a very dirty feeling stim :D
 
I drink 2-3 cups decaf and 1 cup caffeinated, I just have to have that taste and filler in between meals, warm fills you up also for awhile. I use skinny syrups also

Green tea with Splenda for me and good tasting energy drinks for sweet tooth

I drink a lot of coffee, probably to much and mine has caffeine in it. It most definitely curbs my appetite.
 
Folgers classic roast instant, Sweet n low, Cinnabun creamer. I’m propping, my gut up, not prepping.
 
For sure man. Nothing wrong with it. What syrup do you use? And why decaf? Limiting caffeine to avoid cortisol spike?
I use Jordan’s skinny syrups, I drink 1 cup caffeinated and 4 cups decaf just cause I don’t want all that caffeine
