I've run into a few people the last couple years that want to get into bodybuilding but one has had cancer twice and two others have a family history of cancer (colon and prostate)

It got me wondering how someone would go about dieting and using AAS but limit the risk.??
I would think something like HGH would be a terrible idea as maybe it could cause cancer cells to grow??
I would think that most anabolics and especially androgenic steroids would have a negitve impact on anything to do with the prostate.
Would the increase in volume of food during a growth phase possibly cause issues with the colon???

Would taking Metformin be a good prophylactic due to its "anti cancer" property??

I would do just trt and enjoy being on show or just go to natural BB shows at the end I think that doctor prescribed trt only at certain age should allow compete in natural, at the end of the day some guys go over there full blown cycles
