Compression clothes

Does anyone wear this stuff? It gets really cold were I am and instead of buying a regular long sleeve shirt, I was thinking about buying something like this Under Armour | Men's ColdGear Longsleeve Mock | 1000512 | $49.99

Supposedly it keeps your muscles warm and helps you put out more reps and stuff like that. Is it worth it?

I wear compression shorts when doing leg work mainly because it keeps my junk organized but I have noticed it keeps my muscles warmer.

i mean if you want to, go ahead... i get long sleeve shirts from foot locker for $3-5 a piece. they have sizes up to 3XL.

I wear underarmor coldgear under my clothes during the winter. Its awesome. Just dont forget a ski mask if its bitter cold. Youll be warm as hell
