Guys I'm getting very close to starting my first cycle which will probably be:
500 mg test-e / wk
300 mg EQ / wk
and maybe some var.
I haven't decided on the length of the cycle (maybe 12 weeks???). I'd like to get this cycle in and do another one over the summer. I know I'm running tight on the time-line. I don't want to cut this cycle too short since I've heard many times that your first cycle usually gives the best results, I don't want to short change myself by doing only a quickie my first time around.
So here's the question for you veterans... How long should I run this first cycle and when should I run the second cycle which ideally I'd like to run over the summer months?
If it matters, I'm mid 30's, 5'10", 215, ~15%BF, and have been training for many years.
