If you have asthma, not recommended to take melatonin.
Where do you get your olive leafI'll add Garlic, Astragalus, Olive Leaf Extract, and mushrooms like Reishi, etc.

What about expectorants?I'd be careful with a bunch of stuff your body isn't used to, I'd make sure your diet is on point.
Overall what helped me the most was an antihistamine and cough suppressant. I used a lot for theraflu cold and cough.
Laying down made my lung symptoms worse. Keeping my air as dry as possible helped.
