So I'm doing curls on a bench right next to this hot chick that works out the same time as I do. Obviously a talent that gives inspiration while in the gym. This guy walks right behind us in the mirror with sunglasses on, inside mind you, covered in sweats. Maybe 6'3" 145!! He begins doing curls (15's)and if I'm lying I'm dying, he makes the oddest/funniest damn sound I have ever heard come out of a man. I swear he sounds like a damn female having an orgasm with every rep! It was so loud you could hear it in the back of the gym!! I tried to contain myself so that I might be able to stay by the chick, but to no avail! I almost pissed myself laughing. I had to cut my workout short cause I couldn't stop laughing. God help us all if he does sit-ups!!

one big native guy, with an XL coffee benching more than he can handle...the tard puts 4 or 5 10lb plates on his chest THEN bounces the bar off it?? hes always loooking for a spot too, if he asked me when i first saw him, i was going to say no as i have a freshly broken collar bone and im not upright rowing today

HAHAHA I usually go one better on that. When they ask me to spot them after I help them rack the bar I thank them for the spot! They sit witha puzzled look and I say for the upright rows!!

My favorites...

are the ones who are with their girlfriends and feel the need to show. Although I'll admit that most of the time I feel sorry for them and usually help them out. This happens with the bench a lot; some skinny guy with his girl will come and ask for a spot, wanting to do way more than he can; I just upright rowed 90% acting like it was all him. At least he was appreciative though. My all-time favs are when I'm working out with the thick bands and some jerk-offs think it's not hard cause I make it look easy. "Are you sure?" I ask. "Hell yeah!" they say, and I watch as they just about blow a gasket!
