Creatine Cycle By Dr. Serrano

Is not 35g per day, is 35g per week, so that is 5g per day, first week and 2 to 5 week is 2.5g per day.

Thanks Emeric I thought that seemed outrageous.

prob the most important and rarely discussed aspects of creatine is its ability to suppress homocysteine levels in the blood. elevated homocysteine has been linked conclusively in everything from heart disease to mental illness. To me its a staple just like protein and fish oil.

yes i consider that a "mental illness" ... if you have experience in it you would enjoy my story over at Dat's board "depression a jourmey thru the dark and into the light" if you are not a member pm me your email address and i will send it to you...my story is one of extensive suffering...and subsequent recovery

Wow I wish I could take creatine!

I took it 3 times last week and looked like a balloon and was so depressed. I sometimes forget how bad it bloats me until I do it again.

Is creatine Nitrate less bloating?
