Last night i woke up in the middle of the night having pain in my lower abs. I had very very very painfull cramps. Shit, it was the first time i had those. They really hurt. :(
I'm taking it now for 4 days, and from day 1 i woke up in the middle of the night to take a piss. Before i took creatine i never woke up for take a piss.
I have more side-effects from creatine than Sustanon/dianabol !!:confused:
Do i really have to take it, can't i leave it out. ?? Is creatine so great?
Need some advise
 
Creatine is garbage. I've seen quite a few studies that show that creatie is the biggest con.
You see, the creatine that your own muscles produce does pull the water in the muscles, etc.
The creatine that you ingest, the molecule is too big to pass the mitochondria and reach the muscle cells, so it never gets inside to pull the water in there. All it does is pull the water under the skin. It's a waste of time, unless you are a powerlifter and you might benefit from the extra strength that watery joints will give you.

You're right. I don't gained very much, even when i cycled creatine for 3 mounths. I gained a few pounds, but when i stopped creatine, the few extra pounds where gone in a couple days...
