Well, I am a member on another bodybuilding website and they have a lottery every now and then and I happened to win this one. I have never ran a cycle before but am excited about my prizes and want to put them to use. This is what I won:
2x Deca (275mg/ml)
1x Sust (325mg/ml)
1x D-Bol (10mg x 100 tabs)
3x IGF-LR3 (1000mcg)
1x Liquid Arimidex (1mg/ml x 30ml)
2x Ephedra Hcl (25mg x 24tabs)
Pretty lucky huh? Anyway....so I'm 25 years old, 26 in September. Started training around 19 but had to take a couple years off recently but have been back in the saddle since the beginning of this year, training harder than ever. I started out this year at 6'1'' and 165lbs or so. I gained naturally to almost 200lbs, and right now am at about 190lbs. I am trying a keto diet to see if I can get super lean (I'm getting married in 10 days). Normally my diet would look like this:
Meal 1: 7:00 AM Preworkout
50 grams protein (whole foods) ex. rinsed ground beef, turkey, tuna, chicken, eggs, etc
75 grams carbs: medium to slow digesting (White Pasta, Yams, brown rice, ezekial bread, barley, pancakes, etc.) maybe some fruit
Meal 2: PWO
50g Whey shake
75g Dextrose Powder (Gatorade)
Meal 3: Hour to Hour and a half after PWO
50g very lean protein: egg whites, tilapia, cod fish, 98% fat free ground turkey, etc
50-75g Complex carbs: yams, ezekial bread, brown rice, baked potato, etc.
Meal 4:
50g Protein (meat source) Chicken is good here
20-30g carbs: Salad.. vinegar for dressing, maybe some fruit
Meal 5:
50g Protein (meat source)
20-30g carbs: complex: brown rice, yams, beans, etc..
Meal 6:
50g Protein: maybe a shake, depending on the day
1 TBSP Olive Oil, Walnut Oil, Coconut Oil, etc..
Meal 7:
50g Protein
Veggies: about 1 cup
Meal 8:
Rinsed ground beef: 75g protein last meal of day..
Then on non training days my diet would look more like this:
Meal 1:
50 g Protein
50g complex carb (oatmeal and fruit usually..)
Meal 2:
50g Protein
50g Complex carb
Meal 3:
50g protein
Pick One: 1TBSP Olive oil, 1 Avocado, 1TBSP Coconut Oil, 1 TBSP MCT Oil, 1 TBSP Walnut Oil, handful of almonds, 1 TBSP Peanut Butter.
I like grilled chicken with avocado.. sometimes homemade guacamole..
Meal 4: same as meal 3 or a protein shake with some milk and a TBSP Olive Oil or other fat.
Meal 5:
50g Protein
Veggies: 1 cup cooked or large salad
Meal 6: same as meal 5
Meal 7: same as meal 3
Meal 8: Protein shake sometimes here..
or a full meal.. Protein/Complex carb
My computer is being repaired right now so I don't have the spreadsheet that has all my meals with exactly what I eat and the macros but this is the outline I follow when I plan them.
I would like to put on some quality muscle with this cycle and not get too much bloat. My training routine lately has been pretty close to the one Big A outlined with maybe a couple changes here and there. I'm wondering if on cycle it would be better to do a 5 day split instead of a 3 day split to take advantage of the cycle more?
Proposed cycle is as follows:
10 week cycle.
Week 1-10
Sustaplex - 100mg - shot three times a week (Mon/Wed/Fri) (total=300mg/week)
Decaplex - 275mg - shot twice a week (Mon/Thurs) (total=550mg/week)
Weeks 1-15
IGF - 40mcg - shot once a day (5on/2off)
Days 1-10
D-Bol - 10mg - twice a day
Days 11-30
D-Bol - 15mg - twice a day
PCT - Weeks 13-16 (start 3 weeks after last shot)
Nolva
Week1 - 40mg
Week2 - 40mg
Week3 - 20mg
Week4 - 10mg
Clomid
Week1 - 100mg
Week2 - 50mg
Week3 - 50mg
Week4 - 50mg
I will have the liquid Arimidex on hand but may pick up some in pill form too just because it's easier. I am also unsure on if I need to run HCG with this cycle. Any suggestions on that would be appreciated.
I would prefer not to raise any of the dosages for a couple reasons, 1) as a first cycle I don't want crazy big dosages, 2) the cycle I have right now doesn't require me to purchase anything other than PCT which is a plus.
I think I've covered all my bases, so please let me know what looks good, what you would change, and any other suggestions.
