Critique my cycle

Well, I am a member on another bodybuilding website and they have a lottery every now and then and I happened to win this one. I have never ran a cycle before but am excited about my prizes and want to put them to use. This is what I won:

2x Deca (275mg/ml)
1x Sust (325mg/ml)
1x D-Bol (10mg x 100 tabs)
3x IGF-LR3 (1000mcg)
1x Liquid Arimidex (1mg/ml x 30ml)
2x Ephedra Hcl (25mg x 24tabs)

Pretty lucky huh? Anyway....so I'm 25 years old, 26 in September. Started training around 19 but had to take a couple years off recently but have been back in the saddle since the beginning of this year, training harder than ever. I started out this year at 6'1'' and 165lbs or so. I gained naturally to almost 200lbs, and right now am at about 190lbs. I am trying a keto diet to see if I can get super lean (I'm getting married in 10 days). Normally my diet would look like this:

Meal 1: 7:00 AM Preworkout
50 grams protein (whole foods) ex. rinsed ground beef, turkey, tuna, chicken, eggs, etc
75 grams carbs: medium to slow digesting (White Pasta, Yams, brown rice, ezekial bread, barley, pancakes, etc.) maybe some fruit

Meal 2: PWO
50g Whey shake
75g Dextrose Powder (Gatorade)

Meal 3: Hour to Hour and a half after PWO
50g very lean protein: egg whites, tilapia, cod fish, 98% fat free ground turkey, etc
50-75g Complex carbs: yams, ezekial bread, brown rice, baked potato, etc.

Meal 4:
50g Protein (meat source) Chicken is good here
20-30g carbs: Salad.. vinegar for dressing, maybe some fruit

Meal 5:
50g Protein (meat source)
20-30g carbs: complex: brown rice, yams, beans, etc..

Meal 6:
50g Protein: maybe a shake, depending on the day
1 TBSP Olive Oil, Walnut Oil, Coconut Oil, etc..


Meal 7:
50g Protein
Veggies: about 1 cup

Meal 8:
Rinsed ground beef: 75g protein last meal of day..



Then on non training days my diet would look more like this:

Meal 1:
50 g Protein
50g complex carb (oatmeal and fruit usually..)

Meal 2:
50g Protein
50g Complex carb

Meal 3:
50g protein
Pick One: 1TBSP Olive oil, 1 Avocado, 1TBSP Coconut Oil, 1 TBSP MCT Oil, 1 TBSP Walnut Oil, handful of almonds, 1 TBSP Peanut Butter.
I like grilled chicken with avocado.. sometimes homemade guacamole..

Meal 4: same as meal 3 or a protein shake with some milk and a TBSP Olive Oil or other fat.

Meal 5:
50g Protein
Veggies: 1 cup cooked or large salad

Meal 6: same as meal 5

Meal 7: same as meal 3

Meal 8: Protein shake sometimes here..
or a full meal.. Protein/Complex carb

My computer is being repaired right now so I don't have the spreadsheet that has all my meals with exactly what I eat and the macros but this is the outline I follow when I plan them.

I would like to put on some quality muscle with this cycle and not get too much bloat. My training routine lately has been pretty close to the one Big A outlined with maybe a couple changes here and there. I'm wondering if on cycle it would be better to do a 5 day split instead of a 3 day split to take advantage of the cycle more?

Proposed cycle is as follows:

10 week cycle.

Week 1-10
Sustaplex - 100mg - shot three times a week (Mon/Wed/Fri) (total=300mg/week)
Decaplex - 275mg - shot twice a week (Mon/Thurs) (total=550mg/week)

Weeks 1-15
IGF - 40mcg - shot once a day (5on/2off)

Days 1-10
D-Bol - 10mg - twice a day

Days 11-30
D-Bol - 15mg - twice a day

PCT - Weeks 13-16 (start 3 weeks after last shot)

Nolva
Week1 - 40mg
Week2 - 40mg
Week3 - 20mg
Week4 - 10mg

Clomid
Week1 - 100mg
Week2 - 50mg
Week3 - 50mg
Week4 - 50mg

I will have the liquid Arimidex on hand but may pick up some in pill form too just because it's easier. I am also unsure on if I need to run HCG with this cycle. Any suggestions on that would be appreciated.

I would prefer not to raise any of the dosages for a couple reasons, 1) as a first cycle I don't want crazy big dosages, 2) the cycle I have right now doesn't require me to purchase anything other than PCT which is a plus.

I think I've covered all my bases, so please let me know what looks good, what you would change, and any other suggestions.

I give it back, you don't need it.;) You are 190 at 6'1" and trying to get lean? Correct me if I am wrong Newbie, but a total of 1765mg for you first cycle and IGF? You probally got the dose wrong. What bases have you covered? You are definitely not training hard and long enough.

I just edited my post to more accurately reflect the dosages. I think the way I typed it may have been confusing. Total would only be 850mg/week + IGF.

By having my bases covered I just meant for this post. I tried to include all the info needed to give me good advice.

I may not have been training for a long time consecutively, but I'm not new to training, and I feel like I train pretty hard. I have plenty of determination and dedication. :) I think I've made good gains in the past 7 months especially.

When I say 190 and trying to get lean, I mean like down to 5-6%. I am already lean, but want to look good on the honeymoon ;)

I have used IGF before and know what to expect from that, just the other substances are new.

But if i were u i wouldnt listen to my above statement either... put everything away for a rainy day except the sust and dbol. Do a 1 cc every monday until you run out.. also take 3 d-bol a day until you run out.. breakfast, lunch and one at dinner...

if you need it, do 1mg armidex everyother day.. if you dont need it, save it.. one day u will need it.

thats it.. no if ands or butts... f the deca, f the hcg, f the rgf , F the abc, f the 123 & and so on

eat and train like a mad man.. and ull grow

this was a make believe story and things written here were for role playing purpose

If you guys think I'm going to pass up $600 worth of free gear you're crazy. So thank you for actually offering something useful. How long can I put the other stuff away for before it's no longer good to use?

Also, with the Sust containing some short esters, wouldn't it be better to pin that every 2-3 days to maintain consistent levels?

after reading one of the mods threads here on sust, and other test blends like sust im a firm believer that sust should be take'n ONCE every 7 or 8 days... if you wanna do 300mg a week... or 1000 once a week is what is better for me.

When one ester dies off, another is kicking in... and by the 7th or 8th day.. your starting over again.. makes alot of sense if you find and read the thread.

other stuff should be fine for a few years.. should have exp date on it..

to this day i wouldnt touch all that you mentioned at one time... if you just wanna look good for the honey moon.. keep it simple..

everyone reacts different to supplements.. myself am a lucky one and grow like aweed on small amounts.. others may need more.

Until you know what ur body is like... START SMALL

You don't need that much, take 1/2 cc of Susteon every 3 days. Way too much for your first time, forget the IGF for now, You should be on a good solid 10 pounds if eating corectly and training right. Personally, I would give it 2 solid years of training. Just my .02.

Well, the honeymoon is in less than two weeks, and I don't even have the order yet so it wouldn't be until after I get back, most likely sometime around September, when I start. I seem to have a high tolerance to things, always have. Whether it was recreational drugs as a teen, or pain medicine for my surgery, or alcohol, or whatever, it never seemed to effect me as much as others I knew. Maybe AAS will be different, but it is a good idea to start small as you suggested.

You don't need that much, take 1/2 cc of Susteon every 3 days. Way too much for your first time, forget the IGF for now, You should be on a good solid 10 pounds if eating corectly and training right. Personally, I would give it 2 solid years of training. Just my .02.

First of all, congrats on the marriage. Second, how in the hell did you gain 30 pounds in 7 months naturally? You remind me of me, except it took me a lot longer than you to gain muscle.

Thanks for the congrats man. As for 30 lbs natty, I don't know bro. I trained hard and ate food like it was going out of style. Granted some of the weight was water and fat, but not much because I'm only down to 190 right now and probably sitting at 8% or so, which is leaner than I was when I started :)

You could use it for PCT with the clomid and novadex.
