I would like to have some good information on a kick ass cutting diet and cycle. I have been bulking up and need to go into a cutting phase of my workouts. I am not competing but would like to get cut and see some of the results I have been working on. Right now I am 6.0' 240#'s with 12%bf +- 2%.
I am looking for information of weeks, carbs, protien,...ect.
