You look pretty damn lean to me, what do the wheels look like? Are they cut? Striations? It's hard to tell bodyfat on someone, because different people store fat differently, I personally hold no fat in my lower body, I have striated quads when I'm completely fat everywhere else, the problem is that my quads shrink when I diet, they shrink pretty quickly too...
As far as supplements, if it were me in that position (don't take this as me advising you to do this, only a doctor can do that) Anyway, if it were me, i'd go with clen and t-3, no need for DNP, I tried it and I felt like shit, couldn't train right and smelled like hell, at least that's what my girl told me... Also maybe ephedrine pre-workout...
Also when I really want to get lean, I cut out the poultry and go on exclusively fish, shrimp, lobster tails... For fish I eat salmon, tuna and polock... I add a lot of broccoli, which has a natural anti-estrogen in it... Also possibly add nolvadex, it's not just for gyno, I found that it dries me out nicely too...
