I've been dieting / cutting for about 6-7 weeks. Not looking as shredded as I expected to be, I'm rather soft. Considering adding a short cycle of DNP to drop the bodyfat even lower. Any other suggestions? I'm an experienced bodybuilder and powerlifter. I'm 6'0" 240lbs right now. You can guess my bodyfat from the attached pic. I have no idea hovering a little over 10 i'd say.

You are fairly lean there. Why would you need DNP looking like that?

I'll lay it all out here:

Diet:
32-48oz water or water with BCAAs with every meal except shakes

1: 3 eggs, 1 cup eggwhites, 2 packs instant oatmeal
2: 50g whey protein shake
3: 6-7oz chicken or fish, 1cup broccoli or green beans
4: 6-7oz chicken or fish, 1cup broccoli or green beans
5: 50g whey protein shake post workout
6: 6-7oz chicken or fish, 1cup broccoli or green beans, handful of nuts (peanuts or cashews usually)

Cheat once a week for one meal. Usually pizza and icecream.

Supplements:
EQ 600mg/wk
Test P 1400mg/wk
Tren A 700mg/wk
Winny: 700mg/wk or 100mg/day
Letrozole: 2.5mg/day
Halo 20mg PWO for big lifting days.

Training:
Cardio (every day)
30 min HIIT on elliptical
10-15 min treadmill, incline, steady state.

Lifting: Usually hypertrophy kinda stuff. I have two leg days a week, one high volume one heavy day.

Adding clen this week.

Well I'm having trouble getting that "crispy" look. Or getting that much leaner. I was wondering if a short DNP cycle would drop my bodyfat, or if I should just stay on course a few more weeks, then save DNP for post rebound.

You look pretty damn lean to me, what do the wheels look like? Are they cut? Striations? It's hard to tell bodyfat on someone, because different people store fat differently, I personally hold no fat in my lower body, I have striated quads when I'm completely fat everywhere else, the problem is that my quads shrink when I diet, they shrink pretty quickly too...

As far as supplements, if it were me in that position (don't take this as me advising you to do this, only a doctor can do that) Anyway, if it were me, i'd go with clen and t-3, no need for DNP, I tried it and I felt like shit, couldn't train right and smelled like hell, at least that's what my girl told me... Also maybe ephedrine pre-workout...

Also when I really want to get lean, I cut out the poultry and go on exclusively fish, shrimp, lobster tails... For fish I eat salmon, tuna and polock... I add a lot of broccoli, which has a natural anti-estrogen in it... Also possibly add nolvadex, it's not just for gyno, I found that it dries me out nicely too...

damn man thats tuff , you're definitely pretty lean and with the diet and exercise you laid out with the sups you're on i don't see why you wouldn't be steadily having fat come off.

Maybe restructure your diet so that your calories are the same or close but use carbs , add some fruit and yams for the nutritional benefits. try that for a couple weeks and see how you respond

I think what you're doing is working!

Just keep going!

Shit 3-4 more weeks of that and you'll be freaky.

Ripped beat me to it, you just have to give it more time... I think you're doing everything right and with those wheels, you're under 10, probably 8-9ish... But you'll be ultra lean in a few more weeks... Hell, I get ripped as hell with striated glutes and everything, but not in 8-10 weeks, it takes me a good 16-20 weeks... But that's me, others dieting that long; might lose too much muscle... You're definitely on the right track, so I personally would advise against making any drastic changes... is this for a show? If so what weight class?

I'm considering doing a show. I did a small NPC show about a year and a half ago and won the heavyweight bodybuilding division. Didn't fall in love with doing shows like I fell in love with powerlifting. I enjoy being freakishly lean though. I also very much enjoy the whole prep process. Gives me a sense of focus and purpose in everything I'm doing. I'd probably compete super heavy if I were to compete again because getting below 225 ended up being a nightmare.

Jesus ur lean lol. Id say 7 percent but maybe around 8 with letro in there.

U litterally dont need to do anything more. Take ur time. Throwing in clen will blow past the platue. Maybe up ur cardio by 5 or 10 minutes every couple weeks

lets say for argument sake you are 10% (seeing your legs id say less)
at 240 pounds in order fo you to get to a legitimate 5% body fat you only need to lose 12 pounds so technically even if you lost a little muscle you would still be a super heavyweight , trying to diet into heavies would be a disaster.

With the gear you are on of you haven't been on that cycle for months you could be replacing fat weight with muscle weight so the scale might not move , exactly why the scale is a terrible tool

At this point if you have not stoped fat loss I'd keep doing what your doing and it will come off , slow and steady is the way.

I'd either have someone take good pictures each week of you in good light and have someone evaluate your conditioning because you won't see the changes someone else will. Or have aome with experience do a caliper pinch test each week to make sure you are still coming down.

I was under the impression initially that you were asking because you had stagnated in your fat loss.

I agree with gunsmith...on those supps no matter, you will gain muscle and lose fat even if the scale stays the same. that's exactly what you want, slow and steady recomp, not weight change.
any smaller and it may be tough to compete against other superheavys.
which is really the only class that matters.

Appreciate all the feedback fellas! I'll post an update in a week or two after the clen has had some time. I'll add in anavar if I get stagnant again.
