Cycle History;
cycle 1: 10 weeks sust 250 e3d, 4weeks dbol
cycle 2: 10 weeks test prop 100ed + fina 75ed, slin 6 weeks 10ius
cycle 3: 16 weeks test prop 100ed + fina 100ed, slin 6 weeks 15ius
My cycle;
1-28 test prop @ 100mgs ed
1-10, 18-28 fina @100mgs ed
Liquidex 0.25mg ed 1-28
Nolv 10mgs ed 3-28
Clen 1-32 2 weeks on 2 off
Slin (in the weeks between useing the clen) 10ius PW
T3 25mcgs ed 1-28 (with a ramp up and down towards the end)
I also have Arimidex on hand as well as all my post meds on hand.
I have a good planned out diet I get 60g protien each mael with 40g carbs and 5g fat. I eat every 3 hours the time and number of meals depends on tyhe time I wake up and the time I goto sleep. Most meals are Chicken breast with brown rice. (Fucking boring as hell) And some fat from naty PB. ( I love thatshit)
PW shake includes 75g dextrose 60g protein.

Chest/ tris
bis/back
legs/shoulder
repeat
I do abs every other day and on the days I dont do abs I do 30 mins of cardio norm like the elcyptical machine.
