I am very impressed with the quality of one of our sponsors powders.I am only on week three of my 15 wk cycle and am already having insomnia, my hands are swollen, nipples are itchy and I have acne breaking out all over ...awesome!

Running : Test E 1200 mg weeks 1-11
Tren E 600 mg 3-11
Winnie 350mg 9-15
Test prop 700mg 12-15
Tren A 525mg 12-15
Hgh 8iu per day 1-11

Honestly, either I have become more sensitive or the bro's products are purer (kind of a pun on his name) than anything that I have used before.I have never had to break out the Nolvadex after 3 weeks of test before.

Currently at 254lbs, 10% bf - hope to compete at 230/235.Will take a month off and then prep for another show three months later.After this I am getting out for good.It has been a fun, interesting 20 plus year run, but it is getting harder every year, and I have just had too much drama.

I will begin a Surgical residency in the Fall (having worked in the ER for over 10 years), which is going to be a real challenge having been away from school for so long.

Just wanted to thank Jason,Skip and others for their words of encouragement when I was having difficulties.I have learnt a great deal from you guys, I will always be appreciative of that - If there is ever anything that I can do for you, just ask.

Well at 2800mgs a week I think you need to add more. Thats deffinatley not enough to grow. I like to be around the 4-5 gram mark.

Jeez, the puffy nipples etc was stated tongue in cheek...and my intent was to give Purui kudos for the quality of powder he is supplying - lighten up a little and don't be so quick to ridicule bro!

PM seems to have become the place to get slammed, or perhaps I should say there are some jumping on the low dose bandwagon.Please do not misunderstand me, I am not someone who advocates or approves of novices and some of the insane doses that you hear being thrown about...however this used to be a board for experienced bodybuilders.

Zuke - around 2g is pretty much the norm for most competitive guys.Even look at Phil (whom I hold in the highest regard), who champions sane doses - he was using well over a gram a week in his competive days.Bro to add insult to injury, I guess your math is different to mine - where do you see that I am taking 2800mg per week?

As an MD I am acutely aware of the health issues that our sport poses, and constantly monitor various factors.You will notice that I use orals very sparingly, I do not use insulin and furthermore am very careful with water manipulation come competition week.These are areas that I personally consider far more hazardous than anything else when it comes to the entire renal/hepatic and pituitary axis.

I really should not have posted my cycle, as I was not looking for a critique ...and I do not mean this disrespectfully as I still have plenty to learn.I really just wanted to sign off from the board with a thanks to some good guys that give a lot to bodybuilding.Anyway, two more shows and it is time for me to step aside.Just wanted to thank all those guys that I have learnt so much from on this board over the years - bigA,heinz,phil,skip,imab,bigkiwi,gavin,dante and many more - thanks guys you have contributed a lot to my life.
