Cycling ECA's?

Whats best method to stop taking an eca stack. I hear some people say one month on/1week off or 3months on/1month off or even 6months on/3months off,etc... whats best method so you can continue use safely without messing with adrenals too much. (of course humanofort will be used the whole duration)

Usally after 2 months, I take a break.

i usuually just take it on work out days...so 5-6 days a week.
another option would be to cycle it with a non-beta thermo like thermorexin or lipo6

my fav fat burner stack is something like this
1-8 T3
1-8 ECA (mon-fri, sat & sun off)

i love the energy from ECA. Sometimes ill need to throw a full week off in there to keep the energizing effects

I like to take Tyrosine, preferably ALTyr.

I'm similar to Rico usually 5 on 2 off but after about 6 weeks I take a 3 week break regardless.

5on/2off doesnt sound like a bad idea. that way your constantly giving the adrenals a break, and then take maybe a few weeks off every couple months as well. I'd like to hear what Emeric and Phil have to say about his possibly?
