If I'm on a 30mg ED dose of Dbol. Would it be ok to bump up to 40mg or 50mg for that extra pump the day of your work outs? If I train everyother day my cycle would look something like this:
Monday(off) -30mg ( 3 x 10mg / 24hrs )
Tuesday(Train) - 50mg ( 10 + 10 + 20(preworkout) + 10 PWO / 24hrs)
Wed(off) - 30mg ( 3 x 10mg / 24hrs )
Thursday(Train) - 50mg ( 10 + 10 + 20(preworkout) + 10 PWO / 24hrs)
Friday(off) - 30mg ( 3 x 10mg / 24hrs )
Saturday(train) - 50mg ( 10 + 10 + 20(preworkout) + 10 PWO / 24hrs)
Sunday(Off/Train) -30/50mg ( 10 + 10 + 20(preworkout) + 10 PWO / 24hrs)
Sunday is my optional training day-
Total - 290mg for the week vs. 210mg for the week with 30mg ED dose
This of course is running along 500mg Test E (250mg x 2 per week)
