Is DC going to be effective if i can only do it twice per week? I have been using DC for at least 6 months now, and i have had great results. However due to a financial crunch i had to take a second job tuesday thru saturday unloading semis for fed ex. It is going to replace my normal gym time, and after working 12+ hours a day being in the gym at night is not going to happen plus it takes away from my kids. Any body feel free to chime in here as to what you think. Or any other suggestions. As of now i will only be able to train sat sun, and mon. Thanks in advance.
