Ok so i've watched the video twice now. Im trying to disect it. I like the method and it makes sense and the big italian dude is funny as hell and reminds me of myself. Here is the only problem im having. It seems like you want to focus on heavy compound excersies like bench for chest, rows/pullups for back, military press for shoulders,etc... but what about doing stuff like flys,lateral raises,rear delts,leg extensions,etc.. I feel like my shoulders are gonna lose their caps if I eliminate lateral raises and rear delt flys,etc... so thats what im having trouble grasping?
