Enjoy.
This worked the best for me, I have hard time to fine training partners this days, remember I was natural till my 2nd pro show and I was using very low amount of hormone, probably Branch was heavy user. I always put my health and family first. The eccentric loading concept is a great theory but the practicality of it is it's Achilles heel. I'll stick with, body weight and/or free weight, 'sprinter's reps' within a targeted range of motion,(see Branch Warren) under semi-strict control for stimulating 'optimum' hypertrophy
At the end of the day, I believe the difference in muscle gains is negligible between the two training methods
Much Appreciated!Enjoy.
Thanks!Enjoy.

yeah, I have no idea where he was going with that one, my Branch comment was regarding his style of training i.e. loose, somewhat sloppy form, that obviously gets results

I honestly don’t. I think Branch was Branch and Ronnie was Ronnie because of everything they did including the way they trained.but not a WISE way to train imo.
i think ronnie colemans style of training is bout as loose form as you would want to have
i think Branch coulda used less weight, less momentum and stimulated just as much muscle. safer to boot.

How many injuries has Branch had over the course of his career? I honestly have no idea, but if the answer's NONE I'd say it's a great way to train. All this 'full range of motion, gotta feel the muscle working' dogma is a load of malarkey if you ask me! You shouldn't 'feel' anything but sick to your stomachbut not a WISE way to train imo.
