Dent in delt .... injections

Long story short been shooting my shoulders since day one (around 10 years) obvious scar tissue inthere bad shots every now and then nothing crazy. But 2 weeks ago I had a bad shot it healed up nicely i shot the same shoulderthis week and now i notice some pip and a pretty big indent it's like a hole. Anyone ever get this , does it come back?

I had a dirty shot from Mexico in my bicep and a few days later i popped a pimple and there was a hole in my bicep an inch and a half deep and open. Not cool! I filled the hole with benedine and it healed.

Not sure on your delt dent. My guess is an abscess broken open and the fluid escaped. It seems that having an abscess causes muscle necrosis. My friend had an abscess removed from his delt and that left a big indentation. The muscle that was previously there was destroyed by the abscess/infection.

First pic is pretty regular. This is how it looks the worst, with the arm completley stretched out

Last shot in it was several days back it's still a little sore ..... its worrying me

That looks weird for sure. Might be a tumor or worse yet latent stage syphiis muscle wasting disorder or something unique brotha. I’d def get that looked at in the mean time I’d just cover it up lol

Ive got the same in one of my glutes. I had to have surgery though because it wouldn't heal on its own. The doc went in and carved out more meat, I think they need to get down to where the muscle isn't diseased anymore and cut some of that out too.

Could be muscle waisting from nerve damage. If a needle hits a nerve and irritates the hell out of it or damages it the nerve will deaden and the muscle supplied by the nerve with diminish along the pathway of the nerve starting at the top and working down.

I have this in my shoulder too. I can't inject the any more, weird stuff happens. I was throwing 3cc's in them for years.

Hopefully you don't have some type of abscess.

A good reason to use as small a gauge and smaller volumes as possible. Larger gauges have higher chances of infection regardless of product sterility.
